Optoma HD71 |
Recently I purchased the Optima HD71 projector and 120†Grey Wolf II screen from Visual Apex. Although I had done extensive research regarding the product through Consumer Reports and other technological publications I was still apprehensive about spending such a sum of money on an online company. I was very surprised by the level of professionalism and courtesy I found at Visual Apex. First, both products were in stock and shipped immediately. The order arrived in half of the estimated time and both components arrived together. I had no problems at all setting up my home theater. I received an e-mail a few days later inquiring on my experience and a follow up phone call about a week after that. A company is only as good as its customer service and in that sense I would recommend Visual Apex to anyone.

I purchased a Panasonic PT-AX200U projector from Visual Apex. The sales agent was very helpful and knowledgeabe. The item was delivered in a very timely manner. I was even contacted about two weeks later to verify that I was satisfied with the product. I would definately recommend!!

Sanyo PLV-Z2000 |
I purchased a Sanyo Z2000. The price was the best. The service was top notch. Their shipping was free and the warranty bulb replacement plan was on $79. Shipping was fast to. You can't go wrong by buying from Visual Apex.

I just purchased a Panasonic AX200U and the item arrived the next day (ok, so I live in the same town) and their followup call to check on everything was much appreciated. I feel like they will be there to help if I have problems. I will definitely use Visual Apex again.

New to home theater, saw an ad for the BenQ w500 - they had a great price (even with the sales tax since we are in the same state) Great customer service - live people to talk to. After I received my order I received a follow up call from them asking if I was enjoying the projector and offered help if I needed any. This is not your typical internet company. I recommend them 100% and will shop with them again

An internet merchant that follows up on purchases with a phone call to see if everything met expectations????? Visual Apex is a singularly exceptional company - they have all the information you need to make an informed purchase on their site, but they also have a voice at the end of the phone to provide help. i WILL shop with them again

Great Customer Service On-line. Who ever heard of such a thing. Well that is what I experienced before, during and after my purchase of a Sanyo Projector from Visual Apex, Inc. I spoke with a gentleman named Jim on numerous occasions before the sale. He was very helpful in trying to understand my buying criteria as well as actually educating me - I never was made to feel stupid or encouraged to buy something I did not want. After the sale he was kind enough to continue helping me with another component that Visual Apex did not even sell. Then after the sale I received both an email and a call from Alice Anderson - their program manager checking to see if everything was OK and could they do anything else to help me. Soooo, everything considered I would buy from them again in a hearbeat and would recommend them to others as well.

Panasonic PT-AX2000U |
I purchased the Panasonic PT-AX200U Projector from Visual Apex 3 months ago. I must say the picture clarity and color depth of this projector out of the box is well beyond my expectations. Also the service from Visual Apex was Outstanding, I have been in the electronics service industry for 30 years and it takes a lot to impress me. But with the speed of shipping, great price, great communications and follow up, I highly recommend this merchant. I would buy any product they sell without reservations.
