Panasonic AX200 Projector. This is my second purchase from Visual Apex. I purchased an AE700U from them 3 years ago. They are always among the lowest price and their customer service is outstanding. I will be back when I upgrade to 1080p!

I recently was in the market for a home theater projector. After deciding which one , I needed to find an honest,no gimmicks online retailer, who also offered a good price. I found this all at Visual Apex. Plus they contacted me a week or so after the sale to see if I had recieved everthing , if I had any questions and if I was satisfied with my purchase. I was referred to Visual Apex by a previous colleague. I previously was in the projector industry and VA's sales, service and support was a wonderfule experience. They helped me make the right decision on the projector that will best serve our future needs as well as the present needs.

Panasonic PT-AE2000U |
After research, I finally decided on the Panasonic PT-AE2000U projector. I picked Visual Apex because they matched the lowest price that was out there but what made my decision to purchase from them was the Great Feedback I saw.
Now, it is my turn.
Visual Apex helped me with quite a few questions I had and were very patient. My experience with them matches my best I've had on the net. They will be in my favorites and will come Highly Recommended from me!
Oh, and I LOVE my Panasonic...lol

In early June I purchased a Panasonic AX200 projector from Visual Apex. Every aspect of the transaction went smoothly and my projector arrived well packaged and most importantly, ON TIME! Visual Apex answered all of my questions promptly and to my complete satisfaction. There is no need to look any farther than Visual Apex if you are in the market for a projector and/or related items. Sanyo PLV-Z2000 |
I purchased a Sanyo PLV-Z2000 from Visual Apex in June 2008 and have been very happy with my purchase and their service. The rebate forms were included in the box. They have great prices and are responsive to customers. Be aware that by default they require signature for delivery, which didn't work out so well for me.

My wife and I have four children, and one of our goals has always been to try to find a way to attract their friends to our home so as to make it easier to keep an eye on them and their activities. By doing this, we not only get to interact with them, but also, we at least have some level of monitoring. When kids are out roaming the streets or malls with nothing to do, well, it’s just not a very good mix. Someone’s inevitably going to get into trouble. We have a full basement, so we first tried a pool table room. We purchased a very nice pool table, and decorated the room so as to be attractive to teenagers. Well, that lasted about two weeks, and then, the kids never really used it after that. I resisted the investment in a Home Theatre, because I thought if they didn’t use the pool table, why would a Movie Theatre be any different? My brother-in-law had an old used projector that he didn’t want after he purchased a new one, and he offered to give it to me free. He even came to my home and installed it. The whole time I was thinking, this is a dumb idea. Well, I am very happy to say, I WAS WRONG! The Home Theatre Projector totally revolutionized the way in which our family watched movies and played video games, and the next thing you know, all of the kids were coming to our home to use our basement and to hang with our kids. It turned out to be not only a great investment for our children, but also for our family. We used to never use our basement, but now, it gets more use than the rest of our home. The original projector was old and the picture quality was horrible. I couldn’t wait till it gave out so I could purchase a new one. During the few months that we had it, I frequently researched new models through Projector Central. The website not only helped me with choosing a new projector, but also with calculating the exact dimensions of my new Home Theatre setup, screen size, throw distance, etc. After much research, I finally settled on the Panasonic PT AX-200U. I had my choice of several companies to purchase the projector from, but I chose Visual Apex, for several reasons, including their matchless expertise, competitive prices, stellar customer satisfaction, speed of delivery, and most of all their high ratings for service. I have had a wonderful experience with Visual Apex, and I would highly recommend them as the ONLY place to look for all of your Home Theatre needs. Another suggestion, if you scrimp on anything in your Home Theatre Room set-up, don’t scrimp on the projector, and don’t buy used! You can buy new for only a few dollars more, and with the security of a warranty and good service from a company like Visual Apex. With a 100-inch high definition grey screen, and the Panasonic PT AX-200U, our picture quality is AWESOME. It is BETTER than being at “the movies!” I would also highly recommend using Projector Central as your source for planning and researching your Home Theatre specs. In over thirty years of marriage, this Home Theatre has been one of our very best family investments.

Epson Home-Cinema-720 |
EPSON HC 720 Projector.
Purchased on 6/18/2008 and had a hell of a time with fedex. I selected home delivery, but put a business address, fedex is unable to cross reference in their database. Anyway, received the product, box was nice with no damage. Inside the box was peanuts and another box. Good way to protect the equipment. There was no damage on either of the boxes. Took out projector and browsed the manual, blah blah, looked easy enough. Took everything out and began install, no issues. After it was up it looked horrible, i just figured i received a bunk unit. My wife came in and said "adam, why don't you adjust the focus and zoom?". Since this is my first projector i didn't know they had one, so i adjusted it and WOW! Perfection, mostly. I then realized that it was a little crooked where it was sitting, you could tell because of the keystone problem. Once I adjusted it, it looked great and this was on the bare wall. all edges straight, focus was good, zoom was good, image clarity and brightness was good. This was off of a ps3 with live free or die hard via RGB, i played madden and it looked fantastic too. Then about a week after having the product i received a follow up from visual apex asking me about my experience with the purchase and delivery process and my satisfaction with the product i have received. Well - so far so good!
